What does it mean to be ‘Wellful’?
‘Wellfulness’ refers to the balanced and centred state of being of the physical, spiritual, emotional, social and psychological dimensions of an individual or group. Through our integrative approach to treating the ‘self’, clients are given the necessary tools and one-on-one support to manage their lives more successfully, resulting in a greater sense of wellbeing and purpose.
‘Wellfulness’ is a fluid process of becoming self-aware and proactive in the pursuit of a healthy and more fulfilling lifestyle. Our aim is to help and support individuals through the sometimes daunting process of shifting negative habits and lifestyle by identifying their vision, creating actionable goals and facilitating the momentum to move forward in a sustainable manner.

Why does ‘Wellfulness’ Matter?
‘Wellfulness’ involves the synergy of the mind, body and spirit. Each dimension of our life is interconnected and when one falters, the rest becomes affected. Striving towards an optimal level of wellfulness is absolutely crucial to being successful in attaining a higher quality life and finding purpose. Wellfulness matters because everything we do and feel relates to our well-being. In fact, research studies indicate that individuals who make healthy lifestyle choices from proper diet to meditation are healthier, happier, more productive, live longer, miss work less and have lower overall healthcare costs. Therefore, it is important for everyone to achieve optimal wellfulness in order to subdue stress, reduce the risk of illness and ensure positive interactions.
What ‘Wellfulness’ Services does ReThink offer?
Individual Health Coaching
This comprehensive 6 month program is designed for people who want to make sustainable and realistic improvements in their overall health but need that extra coaching support to achieve their goals. Our health coach will work with you in person twice a month for six months, with additional support via telephone or Skype in the interim. Your Health Coach will develop an action plan to address your needs and expectations in a realistic and achievable manner.

Group Corporate Packages
These packages include a combination of the services offered at ReThink. Companies or individuals can create a customised experience that includes Health & Life Coaching sessions; Enlightenment Interventions; in-house, company-wide challenges developed around healthy initiatives, such as Meatless Monday and Sugar-Free Week; as well as Fitness programmes like Zumba, Latin dancing, pilates, boot camps.
