What We Did

There was an atmosphere of excitement as people gathered for the greater part of the morning, to enjoy local street food such as Chatter Box doubles and Richard’s bake and shark.

This year, amidst all the great food and warm socialising, people took time out to share notes of happiness with each other.

A multi-coloured Post-It board, aptly titled “On A Note of Happiness”, was the focus of this year’s event. This created a moment for people to place their hand-written notes, expressing what made them happy on that day.

Over 800 Post- It notes covered the board, including a sincere contribution from Ansa McAL Group Chairman, Mr. Norma Sabga. His attendance further lifted the spirits of all present with his commitment to kindness on a personal and corporate level.

Live entertainment was provided by artistes such as Abbi Blackman, Jason Fridge Seecharan, Tim Star and Saxman Kong, their music enhancing the atmosphere of joy and community on the day.  People also benefitted from the blood pressure screening available to all wishing to use this service.

Movie Night

Later in the evening, ReThink held a movie night featuring the popular family movie, ‘Moana’, at Adam Smith Square Port-of-Spain, entertaining and inspiring the families who turned out in their numbers.

Thank You

For us at ReThink, 2018 marked the fifth year of encouraging and promoting a lifestyle of kindness, inspiring meaningful human connections amongst people from all walks of life.

As the movement continues to gain momentum, ReThink continues to add pleasant surprises that would help spread the message of kindness, mutual respect and love.

The ReThink Personal and Organisational Transformation Centre wishes to thank its sponsors, team and members of the public for making this event a success each year.  See you in 2019!
